my stay at the dillwyn arms was pleasant! i was warmly welcomed by a young lady who was extremely helpful. the location was great, making it easy to explore the area. the double room was nice enough, and i appreciated how kind the staff was throughout my stay.
i would have liked a bit more clarity about the hotel's main door hours.

Good location and decent breakfast
I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveler. The location was spot on for me. Breakfast was simply awesome! One lady at the front desk was super friendly, but initially, staff seemed a bit off. Dinner was great too, but I felt the atmosphere could use a bit more warmth.

Great location with friendly staff
I had a lovely stay for 2 nights in a clean and comfortable room, perfect for exploring beautiful Wales. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with the TV. The only downside was that parking was a bit tight, which could be improved.

The Dillwyn Arms has a delightful snack menu that makes for the perfect late-night treat. Their breakfast is a proper Swansea feast, setting you up for the day ahead. Plus, the lovely location and friendly staff are bonus gems!
Had a bit of a faff with the heating and cleanliness, but it didn't dim the overall charm of the place. A bit of TLC here and there would take the experience from good to great!

had a great stay at the dillwyn arms, the staff were super friendly, even helped me with my tv which was acting up. room was comfy and clean and location was cool for exploring wales. breakfast was really nice too, just what i needed before a day out. loved the vibe, very chill and relaxed.
only thing was the parking was a bit tight, and the bed could've been more comfy, but not a big deal. i could’ve used a few more pillows though.

Staying at The Dillwyn Arms was a pleasure. The staff were super friendly, welcoming from the moment I walked in. The room was clean and comfy with all the basics covered. I appreciated the spaciousness, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast hit the spot and got my day off right. The location felt nice and quiet, despite the pub downstairs. parking posed a bit of a challenge. the lot was tight, which made it tricky. The bed could've been comfier too, I could’ve used more pillows for a better night's sleep. Despite these small issues, the vibe throughout was chill and relaxed, ideal for exploring Wales.
